Subscription & Product Terms
These terms govern all SaaS products, managed server hosting plans, domain services, and recurring subscription offerings by Qubit Codes.
1. What These Terms Cover
These Subscription & Product Terms apply to the following Qubit Codes offerings:
- 1Hosted SaaS products and client portals developed and maintained by Qubit Codes
- 2Managed server, VPS, or cloud hosting plans provisioned by Qubit Codes
- 3White-label or resold software licences
- 4Monthly and annual maintenance retainers (for SaaS or hosted products)
- 5Domain registration and renewal services

2. Billing & Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as per the chosen plan. Plans auto-renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
No advance notice is required to cancel an auto-renewal. However, if a cancellation request is formally submitted via email or an official communication channel, a 14-day notice period applies. If a renewal falls within that 14-day window, the cancellation will take effect before the subsequent renewal — not the imminent one.
Price changes: If the subscription price changes at renewal, clients will be notified at least 30 calendar days in advance through any available communication channel (email, dashboard notice, etc.).
Non-refundable billing: Payments are non-refundable for the current billing cycle once processed. This applies to all subscription types including monthly, annual, and domain renewals.
3. Service Availability & Scheduled Maintenance
Qubit Codes targets high availability for all hosted services. Planned maintenance windows are communicated at least 30 calendar days in advance through any available communication channel, including email and dashboard notices.
Qubit Codes is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a subscription at any time. Access to the service will continue until the end of the current paid billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
Data on cancellation: Where the service supports data export, clients are encouraged to export their data before the service period ends. For services without a self-serve export, clients may contact our support team for assistance.
Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended after 30 days of non-payment. Following suspension, data associated with the account may be deleted and rendered unrecoverable. The retention period prior to deletion varies by service — contact support for details specific to your plan.
5. Data Ownership & Retention
You own your data. All data entered into Qubit Codes-hosted products by the client remains the property of the client at all times.
Qubit Codes does not sell or use client data for any purpose beyond operating and improving the service. Data may be processed by essential third-party infrastructure and analytics services as part of normal operations.
Upon account termination, client data may be deleted and rendered unrecoverable. The retention period prior to deletion varies by service — refer to the specific service agreement or contact support for details.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
All Qubit Codes-hosted infrastructure and SaaS products must be used for lawful purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited:
- 1Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities of any kind
- 2Distribution of spam, malware, or malicious content via hosted infrastructure
- 3Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other systems or user accounts
- 4Actions that violate any applicable local, national, or international law
- 5Any usage that degrades the performance or availability of shared infrastructure for other clients
Qubit Codes reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of this policy, without refund and at our sole discretion.
7. Reselling & White-Labelling
Reselling Qubit Codes-hosted products or services to third parties — whether under our brand or rebranded as your own — requires a separate written reseller or white-label agreement executed with Qubit Codes prior to any reselling activity.
Unauthorized reselling or sublicensing of any Qubit Codes service or hosted product constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India, and resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating formal proceedings.
